I have been vegetarian for about 2 weeks but I wouldn't accept chlorinated chicken if ate meat, fantastic choice these days for veggies etc I only really ate chicken or pork but I don't miss meat in these early days, even the oat milk is surprisingly good.
I watched a programme called 'the game changers' and found it really informative

I do miss cheese enormously and fish!
I am woefully slow to embrace new things but this is going quite well and I do need to lower cholesterol levels to avoid statins!!
