Not a good business model. You need customers to keep returning.
The bars sprouting up all seem the same to me. Rent a small shop unit, throw out the floor covering, go to the tip to find some old wooden tables and chairs or benches. Install a cheap bar and hey ho, you have a bar. Can’t see many lasting very long.
The Petersgate Tap does well, because the beer is good, not overpriced, and is a fairly comfortable place.
