Couple of things to pick you up on there:

- He didn't say he wanted to 'ram a glass bottle down your throat', he initially said 'I hope you choke on your real ale'; in the years that have passed, you've interpreted it differently than what was said.

- That coversation happened well before my time as admin of the board, so I'm not sure why you're attributing it to being 'ok' with me.

The reason I ask what your motives are is because it sounds to me like you're trying to intimidate. If that's the case, I suggest you stop and drop this whole 'meet up' nonsense. If you and Hadfield want to continue it then you appear to have each other's number, so please do take it away from the board.
