Very sorry to hear this sad news, Hippy was a great poster here and one of the early long suffering moderators of this forum.
He was very kind and helpful to me at a time of change in my life and along with Sunny gave me lots of help in setting up as an electrician as I moved on.

Hippy managed to get me a contract installing floodlights in the area where he lived, I was an unknown quantity as a spark and their wasn’t much work being offered and it helped me get by, I nipped in for a cuppa now and again and hippy and his lovely wife were very kind - some characters on his estate!
