But a huge thanks to Mark for his continued commitment to the Club’s vision of investing in elite potential players with their best years ahead of them.”

“I think it’s fair to say we didn’t feel the opportunity would arise to get Brad back, and felt he was destined for the Championship this season with either Norwich or another team, but the chance did come back to us and doing the deal was met with universal approval.

“He will really add to our defensive unit, which I think already contains some of the brightest young talents in the EFL - Brad is another.”
