This will purely give the stewards the power to force anyone not in those areas to sit down - for me a retrograde step for the majority who quite safely stand in many parts of the ground. Everyone already knows the areas where people sit/stand and respect that fact. I moved many years ago to an area where I can sit rather than stand but am quite happy that fans behind me stand.
