Nobody disagrees that Wootton could do with scoring a few more though; not one person is having that argument with you.

What we're arguing is that you refuse to acknowledge the other things he brings to the team and have tried claiming he doesn't do some of the things that are his strengths, like winning the ball in the air and bringing other players into the game.

That 5 game winning run epitomised the contribution he makes in that regard, but you had very little to say on here during that period.

I've said to you before, if you don't like the system we play then that's fine, but claiming Wootton isn't effective in the role he's given within that system (beyond just goalscoring) is simply not true.
