Wootton isn't the problem. He needs support.

He's being used as an outlet to hold up the ball, bring others into play and he gets kicked and battered to death, with no support from his team mates or the ref.

If you want a forward who can do all that + score 20 goals a season, it will be very expensive.

Collectively the team was doing well, whilst Louie Barry was with us. That's who we are missing and the player we've got to try and find a replacement for.

I also think the rest of the team need to step up, particularly the midfield and take more responsibility for taking shots on and stop this sideways / backward passing that we saw against Mansfield. The quality of the crossing and delivery is poor, that really needs to improve too.
