We have experience with Norwood etc but no one on the pitch looks like a leader to me. Sometimes I think we need someone that doesn't just lead by example but who also can call players out in the moment. For example if someone is not under pressure and plays an aimless long ball (as happened a lot yesterday) I didn't see Bate or anyone calling it out. Sometimes being called out by your peers is more powerful than having done to you by your boss.
