As long as there is demand for tickets from home fans, we should look to accommodate them first before we give more away tickets than we're required to.

If we give the Railway End plus the required seats in the Popside, you're giving away fans around 1.7k (1,354 in the Railway and 400-500 in the Popside) compared to the 844 they get now, potentially locking ~900 home fans out.

If the Railway was shut every home game then I could underatand it but right now the club are making the right call.
