Challinor's said a number of times about building up players' minutes; Barry's come back from a full hamstring tear, so it'd be reckless to throw him in for 90 minutes regularly until he's absolutely ready. Just because he's looking pissed off when he does come off doesn't mean it's the wrong call. We brought two more than capable players on at the time of the subs too, Fevrier's had a big impact already this season and Diamond had a good showing at Accrington last week.

It's fine to prefer Ben over Addai too, but Addai's already shown that his distribution is very, very good so calling it 'poor' is silly. Sure, he takes risks at the back and I imagine it may cost us a goal or two this season, but his long range passing up to Wootton was a key part of our success in the first 3 games.

Norwood was poor but has been really good in every other game he's played so far.
