I spent 5,000 on a new bed this season, Waiting for a phone call, Spent all day waiting with no call to even let me know its not coming until tomorrow. Couldn't you pick up the phone to let people know what's going on.
I had to call customer service to figure out on what's going on, I had a signed contract on this deal. You call the store to get answers and no one answers the phone in the middle of the day, and I called like 5 times with no answer.
We wonder why people don't buy American anymore it just $ucks, I waited all day on this bed to be delivered and when they drop the ball not even a call to let you know. I complained to customer service about this and nothing came from it.
I feel this is going on across the country, We always say buy American to support our country but if this is all you get, You're no better than buying a Chinese product.
In all fairness everyone needs to look in this area to improve there business. You signed up to take that position if you don't want to work then stay home and draw you free check,
I strive to let the customer know I'm running a few minutes late and have not forgotten about you and will take care of there problems when I arrive.
They want to improve this country then start with being courteous to begin with stay in touch with your customers.
I may contact the Attorney General over this, Been down that road already over Direct TV, Got my contract voided because of there actions and suite's filed already, I guess that I'm just pissed off over this and customer service need's to be looked at in this country. Long story short keep in touch with your customers, Just let them know what's going on, It's the right thing to do
