Sometime, when I have time, I would love to write and tell a story on how I learned about "servicing the customer" the way they deserved to be serviced. And, of course, giving the right information to them in order for them to continue on their way. To this day, I believe that is one of the major reasons why a couple of our competitors continue to get pi$$ed off at myself personally because they will not spend the time or make the effort. That old saying: "Time is money" goes two ways however, they only recognize it one way. They only believe in selling to the lowest bidders, moving (cheap)widgets while lining their pockets. That is a plan for eventual disaster, and one that is a "Mighty Bad" theory!
Good topic!
