Today is the 100th anniversary of Jim's birth. Jim has had a big influence on my life. He has been my favorite singer since I was about thirteen years old. That's about the time I first began to be really interested in listening to music. I am now seventy-one. No one else I have heard has had the same affect on my emotions. To me,Jim was a great artist. It has been a hundred years and no one has come along to replace Jim at the top.
