The trouble with music today is that the music (if you want to call it that!)is really secondary. It's all spectacle now! The electronics, special effects and all the dancers on stage with the artist are what captures the fans attention. The music itself doesn't even mean anything, and it's so bad anyway, that it could never survive on its' own in a live concert without all the gimmicks---thus all the special effects and fancy dancers to distract anyone from noticing there is really no talent involved in the music itself! Can anyone name even one song of Britney Spears that could be considered a classic 50 years from now?! It stuns me to see the awful music of today selling in the millions! The young people of today sadly have no idea what real talent is!
