Typo definitely. I had a UK paperback version which was transcribed from the Wildwood edition. I can't remember how many pages, but I have since read other editions and nothing was missing or added.

The OEB 1st edition actually missed the prologue by mistake. It has since been/or will be reinstated if there has been a second edition.
