The important thing is that you're away for the worst of the winter weather. I know we no longer do a lot of the maintenance that we used to do ourselves. You still have to be around when people are doing it.

The deck construction finished late so we missed having the timing for the tree trimmers. By the time the deck was finished there were already birds nesting in the bushes and trees involved. So we'll wait until the fall.
