I had a remote session with my physical therapist and it was the first time we'd seen one another's faces. We were both going, "Wow, that's what you look like!".
When I'm wearing the face mask I notice my allergies don't bother me. In Japan we were told that one reason people wear masks when going to see the cherry trees is because they're sensitive to the pollen. Not great numbers of people, just here and there one or two people.
I'm still staying home most of the time. With all the weight I've lost eating at home I need some smaller slacks. Just trying to work up the nerve for that frustration.
