I haven't gotten mine yet and frankly I'm nervous about getting it. I haven't heard too many complaints about the first shot but stronger reactions seem to occur after the second. It doesn't prevent getting Covid but only reduces its effects. All of the same precautions remain in place so that incentive isn't there. What if my body holds some heretofore unknown problem I'm not aware of that will be triggered? What about new strains that the vaccine doesn't address? Will this become an annual precaution? These are the thoughts running through my mind. I suspect that at some point, having had the shots and providing proof will be required for some of our normal activities.
