I agree on tails and trial quality dogs…however if a dog is looking at a bird and cranking his/her tail, it is not “OMG… we have a problem!’ How many good bird dogs have made the trip south to have that so so tail doctored on? Then went on to win multiple Championships and wondered why there get pulled their tail! Enough of that! I would suggest judging outside of the Great Lakes region to see what else is out there!!
