Friends, we are looking for a young adult English or Llewellyn setter to join our family as a companion and outdoor adventure buddy. At this time, we are not looking for a puppy, but an adult dog who is ready to be rehomed. While my boys do hunt, and a dog that has been trained will have the opportunity to hunt and chase birds in the country often, our primary focus is finding a healthy, loving dog who is housebroken. Slight preference for a male who is ~1-4 years old. We realize that occasionally a dog might not fulfill his destiny in the field, but would be a wonderful companion for many years - he is exactly the one we want.
