Ridge Country RGS -- Tree Planting on SGL 317 (near Laurelton, PA)

Date/time: 8 am, Saturday, Sept. 28th

Details: Our local chapter is partnering with the Game Commission to develop a brand-new woodcock propagation area on SGL 317. Please meet at 8 am, at the parking lot at the juncture of Stony Run Road and Hog Farm Road (40.907956, -77.211496) near Laurelton, PA.

The work should be pretty easy, as the PGC staff is prepping the ground with a skid-steer. We just need to get the potted plants in the ground. We are doing an extensive planting of aspen, alder, and hawthorn, and we need 10 people or so to pull this off. Bring a shovel. Please RSVP to Matt Null at matthew.null@gmail.com or (304) 771-1825.
