Drafting players that can be kept or not kept, based on a loose definition of a prospect or not, was the reference that should be factored into the criteria of a teams grade which in the instances provided, it was not. That's the comparison. It doesn't matter who is drafted but who you can actually be kept, regardless if they are a prospect or not that is going to matter. That is the point.
