Erik and I discussed this proposal through and we both agreed to what has been put forth here.

It would start by accommodating the concerns with the COVID-19 issue with major league players.

I've been flexible with helping GM's keep a competitive lineup while navigating through these COVID-19 concerns and will continue to do so!

Whenever "Safety Net/Emergency Pickups" are needed for Covid concerns, they have been addressed with quick and decisive decisions. This will continue to be the practice from Erik and I in resolving these matters!
