These two are incorrigible. Do we honestly think Andrew will let himself be shipped off to a modest permanent retirement home? Charles might be able to ship him off the Windsor Estate but it would have to be to something large and grand and he will have to pay for it. Anne also lives outside Windsor Great Park on a large estate. Paid for by her late mother. I don't see the problem. Charles has access to plenty of funds. But for he outside world the initiative would have to be coming from Andrew. He won't be pushed out publicly by his big brother. Perhaps his daughters can finally do something useful for the monarchy and help out here? But something needs to be done, fast. Plus I think William will not be as lenient with his uncle in due time...
