Andrew has a very long-term lease on Royal Lodge. It's been written about extensively. I wonder if they could be packed off to the Bahamas, like their awful uncle the duke of Windsor. Lots of golf, lots of shady characters.

One possible solution might be to have the two of them (Andrew & Sarah) out of the country. I don't know the legal options available in getting him (Andrew) off the royal properties at this point though, he seems to have dug his heels in for the time being.
