Not the Garter Robe, but the sash and the Cross. The rest of royal ladies wearing the insignia of the Royal Victorian Order. All in a white dress, as you say.

Thanks. But I see she is wearing the Garter for the official pictures.

Princess Alexandra is not wearing the Garter Robe in the offical Group Photo. She is stood between the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh on the right side in a white dress. Which all the other royal ladies apart from the Princess Royal are wearing.
