That is also the way I read her comment about rhythm, Nellie. With Charles's long association with Highgrove, his new enthusiasm for Dumfries House and his reported lack of enthusiasm for Windsor Castle, Anne is probably correct to perceive changes to the rhythm of royal life.
That said, I have read that Charles had, effectively, taken responsibility for the management of Sandringham, and had begun the process of turning the Home Farm organic, prior to his father's final illness. That might indicate that he might maintain the Sandringham tradition, at least.
That's how I interpreted it, as well. I wondered if I should read something into her nostalgia for Balmoral. If the King decides to remain at Birkhall will he want to open the castle for his siblings and their families for summer holidays? I think he will use Sandringham as he has already done so in the past.
