Re: A frivolous original case?
I didn't know those details about her "non-profit", but thank you for bringing up the latest facts on it. For some reason, none of the above surprises me aboout her. I think enough has probably already been remarked since the beginning of the whole thing about the RF, and even the Queen criticized as "indulgent" and overprotective, when in fact of course, just as much as Andrew was an adult, he alone was obvviously responsible for his own behaviors and choices. Hiw wild ways had been going on since some time in his 20s/30s, perhaps his father should have spoken to him that early on, but at the end of the day Andrew's choices were his alone. As to parental failings/flaws, perhaps the Giuffre "victim"'s background can equally be scrutinized in all this? So for instance, she comes from a poor white southern family and somehow magically emerges on a Caribbean island because, according to her defendants, she was "groomed" to be a high-priced call-girl. Which leads us to wonder, if in fact she was a "minor" when all that happened initially, then where were *her* parents during all that? Negligent much? Even in the south, there's such a thing as "Child Protective Services" that can intervene with such families, yet neither Mr. or Mrs. Roberts, their extended family circle or anyone else stepped forward to "rescue" Ms. Virginia Roberts? In a nutshell, that's where I see any actual instance of extreme "negligent" parenting.
