That, JamesL, is a distinction without a difference or, at least, not a difference that I can discern.
Also: if you can't understand one example of a GREAT difference, being that my ancestors weren't "transported" out of the UK due to criminal offenses and taken Down Under your way, then again, I really I can't help you.
