Saturday is not a contract day, period. No matter the amount of the stipend, it does not cover Saturdays.
"Extra duty" is hall monitor, lunch duty, serve on this committee, administer the STAAR test, etc. It *is not* a catch all for educator abuse.

Furthermore, unless the head director has an administrator contract, the head director is not in the position to require this. The principal is "the boss."
