Double doors everywhere that will accommodate the 36" timpani with at least 4" to spare on each side.

Those double doors must also NOT have the bar in the middle. Even if they insist that the bar can be removed....nope....NO MIDDLE BAR IN THE DOORS.

Also, make sure a licensed audiologist comes in and sets up the room acoustically. Normally I would just save this for a new auditorium, BUT, you will be living in that band hall and everyone's ears will thank you for it.
