...you are right...it definitely is beyond ridiculous...this is the third kid where the parent has refused to pay, knowing full well what policy is, and the financial hardship didn't occur until two years *after* this student left the program in arrears.

The real world won't care if the kid buys a new car and then refuses to pay the car note...the real world will take the car. Actions have consequences.
