I took a few bands there when I taught in small schools. It was a great time. We used that tour company out of the valley (TMF, I think?), and they were super helpful and, at the time, affordable.

It might be worth the effort to at least price out each component of the trip and see what kind of deal you can get, and then cost-compare with tour companies.
