I'm not quite sure if you're in an odd area, but it's more likely to have 3 or more directors in a large number of 3As at this point. We have two directors, and I have made some unsuccessful attempts at getting a third. One person shows in 3A are non-existent in my region at least. Even a large number of 2As have two more directors.
