I judged a group who had a couple kids in their track uniforms one year. I sure wouldn't hold it against those kids. They're still in a 'uniform,' and especially any small school director is going to recognize the fact that sometimes our kids are pulled in 40 directions this time of year! If I see that, personally I'm just glad you had the kid and were able to work out what is a very stressful situation for the benefit of your kids!
