That statement right there is one of the main things wrong with so many things in our world. If you don't take care of yourself, you don't stand a chance taking care of anyone else. Someone being "first" is not a bad thing. That doesn't mean the student's are cared for any less or the job isn't getting done. Op obviously is so busy taking care of everyone around them they have forgotten to take care of themself. It happens, we've all been there. Some of us figure it out and, catch it and move on to be successful and prosperous, and some, always putting others above themselves, simply don't. I hope you soon discover all of the things you are denying yourself and your family putting others above yourself.
