If you have homogenous classes, I would suggest Musical Mastery. It has really helped my teaching and understanding the different instruments and their individual problems.

It's harder to incorporate as a unison and doesn't include songs, although you could purchase the song book. I don't have experience with that yet but plan to get it for next year and see how it works out for us.

As far as the books you have listed, although EE gets old after decades of using it...it is the most straightforward and easy to follow for our students.
