When are we going to have cooler/more playable instruments in our bands?
100+ years ago:
Sackbuts got cooler
Bugles got cooler
Hunting horns got cooler
Flutes are made of metal - cooler
Alto clarinets - never cool

Our current instruments are way too hard to learn, to keep in tune for the full range, and too hard to lug around (trombone cases)

Who are the visionaries for our future students music education?

Invent me some new instruments please, because this 1920's band is so 100 years old!
