I don't agree or disagree-I'm neutral on this one. However, if you're going to make this statement, can you back it up?

"bringing that format to the Area level is not healthy for students or staff."
Explain. You can't just say "smoking is bad..." Give me details and data that shows me why. How is the current area format not healthy? Explain.
"I don't like the area format that we currently have" isn't a reason.
