I retired from band directing recently and am now a travel planner for band groups (and family vacations, also!) I self-booked most of my own band trips in my career and have a travel niche where I do the bulk of your planning and logistics for you (including most forms you would need for your students and parents), but not all the way up the level of a large travel company (so less costs per traveler 😁.
