This is my first year at a new program in a large 4A district. We are projected to be hitting the 5A number within the next 5 years. This currently the smallest budget I have every worked with almost half of my budget at a previous 4A. My junior high budget 26 years ago was bigger than my current HS budget. My current admin does not understand the needs of a 4A program and has no clue of the needs of a 5A. As my school approaches 5A, I am trying to make them understand how much the program has been underfunded over the last 6 years.
