...ours was done a month ago. They did the draw under the assumption that all 50 bands in our class would qualify...then after region they pull the bands that don't qualify, and remove that time slot...making a later start time.

Doesn't give you an exact prelim time until after region...but you get a general idea when you perform so you can plan.
