District set pay scales for non-teacher positions. This includes admin. So, if the base teacher salary gets a bump, this does not mean admin automatically get a bump. In fact, that doesn't even mean teacher get a bump. The state's teacher salary scale is just the minimum district must pay. Nearly all districts now pay above that. I know of some districts who will adjust their pay scale to absorb any increase from the state and just keep salaries the same. My own district did this the last time the state raised the base salaries. In short, it will probably be "too bad, you’re admin so no raise for you" or at least not as big as teachers since that would be directly funded by the state. But, I'll be honest, I haven't read the final bill so I could be wrong, but that is how it has worked in the past.
