I realize that I'm old and things have changed....
I never paid full price to send my leaders and flag corps to camp. I might find some dollars, but the student paid his own way to camp. I gave them a choice to go or not to go - sorta gave them a choice. Many wanted to get outta-Dodge during the summer. They'd do most anything to get to go to camp. FYI: over the years, mine went to camps at NTSU and Tech. They loved it. Of course we would try to visit a Dr. Tim session if possible. One I hired a "Dr. Tim Type" to do a clinic at my school for only my folks. Another time, I brought in a Flag guy to run a summer camp. They were all fun.
