If the kid is going into an ODD numbered grade level, they need the FULL physical. EVEN numbered grade level needs just the medical history. *If* they are going into the 8th grade, *and* they had a physical done as a 7th grader for Athletics, they are good for band (get a copy from Coach) as an 8th grader...will need a new one going into 9th grade. If they didn't get one for 7th grade Athletics...they will need a full physical for their 8th grade year AND again going into their 9th grade year.
