Or the students. I had a judge one year make only comments on the front page about how the students were not dressed with the exact same clothes. She complained about how the shirts, pants, shoes, and even belts not matching were a distraction to the performance and disrespectful to the judges and audience. They were al in plain white top, blakc pants, and black shoes. Then on the back, she decided to give me a history lesson on why the march should be first and how (again) it was disrespectful to perform it last. She gave us a two minus (even though the sheets clear state no plus or minuses). I would have complained to UIL, but let's just say that doing so would have fallen on deaf ears to to who the judge was related to (IYKYK).
