I don't know the best answer. I'm in the same boat - contest next week with no info, but I'm trying to be patient. I know there are schools in a worse spot - schools that don't even have a draft yet that go this week. I'm not saying it is right, just that I know I'm not alone. I also know that it is harder to schedule and plan the larger your school is.
I can say, in my region, I know that the sheer number of entries and schools and sites is crazy compared to most other regions, and our region secretary works diligently to avoid conflicts, so there is more to it than just putting people in order. Yes, I wish I had my schedule sooner, but barraging him with complaints would only complicate and delay things further, so patience it is.
