Given that most regions require entries to be submitted a month prior to the contest date, it should be completed by no later than 3-4 weeks before contest.

If your UIL Region Secretary hasn't given that information out and contest is a week off, I'd be contacting state level officials. That's totally unacceptable.

But before you do so - have you checked your region website for the schedule?
