It's a perfectly valid form of publishing a score. Of course it is.

An e-print score usually includes a note at the top or bottom of when it was purchased and by whom - but you may want to include a copy of a purchase order or an email from Pepper stating that the scores were legitimately purchased in your score.

You may also want to have/make the scores bound using the spiral binding machine that's collecting dust in your campus workroom. A manila folder makes a good cover if you cut off the edge.
